Volunteer opportunities are available online!
We have developed an easy to use “Volunteer dashboard” to view any assignments you have accepted and review open requests. If you are able to assist with a request, you can accept it online and receive immediate confirmation.
How to use this online system

The system operates 24/7. You can access it at any time. After you log in, you will see all requests from village members in those categories you have signed up to assist. The requests you have agreed to complete will be in green. Open requests will be in blue or white, depending on newness and urgency.
You will be able to access this system through the daily emails that will be sent each morning around 10:00 a.m. or through the site's URL - https://nextsf.helpfulvillage.com/service_requests

Please note, if you accept an assignment and are later unable to complete it, you must call and/or email the office immediately, so we can 'reopen' it for other volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator's email is: firstname.lastname@example.org and her phone number is: 415-574-0156
