Tiny Habits: small changes can make a positive difference in your life

With the sudden changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us are feeling stressed, anxious, and like things are out of our control right now.

One way to help feel more in control is to manage our own actions and thoughts by making very small changes in our lives. Wouldn't it be nice to use our time Sheltering in Place to make some tiny, easy and even fun changes to develop some new good habits!

Tiny Habits is a behavior design method that teaches you how to make small, incremental changes in your life that can have a big impact. It's a simple formula: make it easy, make it fit your life, and make it rewarding.

Tiny Habits helps us to re-wire our brains through celebrating our successes.

Together we can help each other celebrate our tiny victories that can lead to positive changes in our lives.

Start thinking of a goal or habit you'd like to accomplish. Maybe you'd like to get in better shape? Or learn to meditate? Or manage your anxiety?

Ellen Khalifa, a Tiny Habits coach will guide this interactive workshop to help us take control and make positive change in our lives!

Tiny Habits® is based on the methodology developed by BJ Fogg, a behavior scientist at Stanford University and author of  Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything.

This will be a 3-week workshop. To get the most out of it, we encourage you to join us for all 3 sessions, particularly the first session on June 12 when Ellen will give an overview of the Tiny Habits and how it works. If you need to miss a session, that’s OK but you’ll miss out on some tips.
